Princess Accessories offers the following Returns Policy: We will gladly accept returns 7-10 days after merchandise has been recieved, provided it has not been worn, altered or damaged. Thank You!

Shipping Policy:

The goal of Princess Shoes and Accessories  is to provide a wide selection of accessories 24 hours-a-day. We will make every attempt to ship your order ASAP. Our normal order processing time is between 2 to 5 business days. Delays may occur for products on back order or limited availability. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day. 

Shipping is done by UPS or USPS. Shipping cost is calculated based on weight of the item(s) or size of box(es). 

International Customers - Princess Shoes and Accessories ships worldwide therefore international orders are welcome. However, when placing an order, please keep in mind of the relatively high shipping cost to your location.
